Amy Christine Dumas(born April 14, 1975), better known by her ring name Lita, is an American former professional wrestler and valet. During her stint with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) from 2000–2006, she became one of the most popular female wrestling performers in the sports entertainment company's history.
After briefly working on the independent circuit and in Extreme Championship Wrestling, Dumas signed with the World Wrestling Federation in 1999. Originally, she was paired with Essa Rios,[6][7] but she achieved her greatest push alongside Matt and Jeff Hardy as Team Xtreme. Throughout her career, she won the WWE Women's Championship four times
